Premier Academy Tax & Accounting School was handling thousands of active students across disparate communication channels, unorganized cloud drives, and manual Zoom meeting links. Instructors spent hours manually checking attendance and re-uploading recorded lectures, while students lacked a centralized dashboard to track course progress, submit assignments, and access live classes securely.

We designed and built an enterprise-grade Learning Management System (LMS) tailored for professional education and live interactive learning:

1. Native Zoom Video Bridge: Integrated Zoom Server-to-Server APIs to automate scheduled live webinars, automatic breakout rooms, and webhook-driven attendance auditing.
2. Modular Course Engine: Built a flexible curriculum architect supporting tiered video modules, downloadable tax case studies, and timed MCQ assessments.
3. Encrypted Video Streaming: Implemented adaptive bitrate streaming with dynamic watermarks to protect proprietary educational IP.
4. Student Lifecycle Automation: Automated course enrollment, milestone tracking, prerequisite locking, and verifiable digital certificate issuance.

Designed for focus, clarity, and rapid access across both desktop and tablet environments:

• Student Learning Hub: Clean video player interface featuring searchable video transcriptions, downloadable practice files, and real-time live class countdowns.
• Instructor Command Center: Single-pane dashboard for scheduling multi-week cohorts, monitoring assignment submissions, and reviewing student engagement graphs.
• Live Class Lobby: One-click Zoom join portal with automated microphone/camera check and synchronized live class notes.
• Certificate Verification Portal: Publicly verifiable credential page with cryptographic hashes for employer validation.

Built using Next.js on the frontend for high-speed server-rendered course discovery, paired with a robust NestJS backend and PostgreSQL database for reliable transactional consistency.
